Moving fast, we came up with a solution within 15 minutes, sourcing an onboard courier to collect the cargo and accompany it across the Atlantic.

When the client increased the consignment from 25 to 124 boxes at the last minute, we quickly dispatched two more couriers to accompany the extra cargo.

The transit airport in Dallas doesn’t normally allow passengers to check commercial items, however our experienced team liaised closely with officials to secure approval.

The boxes arrived in good time, avoiding further disruption to the client’s supply chain.
