for a cruise passenger

A cruise operator urgently needed our help to ensure a client’s final vacation went ahead. The passenger had left their passport at home in Louisiana with no time to go back and get it before setting sail for Canada. Determined not to let them miss such an important trip, the operator departed without the passport and tasked us with delivering it before the ship reached Canada. Despite the request coming in during the busy Memorial Day weekend, we sprung into action to get it there in time.

Our hand-carry agent set off immediately to retrieve the document before boarding the next flight out to Alaska, a stop on the ship’s itinerary.

Flying via Dallas and Seattle, the courier made it to the port just in time to hand-deliver the passport. The passenger was extremely grateful to be able to complete their trip to Canada.
