We were initially asked to fly the parts from Prague, around a two-hour drive from the northwestern city of Kadaň where the supplier was located, however the airport there couldn’t operate an out-of-hours charter.
Instead, we arranged for the boxes to be trucked across the country to the southeastern city of Brno, working with the private jet charter experts at ACS New York to source an aircraft that could depart as soon as the cargo arrived.
Scanning our global database of onboard couriers, we dispatched a hand-carry agent to Brno to accompany the boxes on the flight to Virginia and hand them over to the client.
